Costco’s 2007 cookbook is titled “Favorite Recipes, The Costco Way”. You can read, print, or download this cookbook here. The magnifying glasses (with + or –) at the top of the cookbook page let you zoom in or out to make it easier to read.
This year’s Costco’s cookbook features special recipe collections for:
- Formal Brunch (quiche, tacos, crepes, muffins, fruit kabobs, smoothie)
- Grill Meal (salad, bean bake, salsa, slaw, bbq sauce, salmon, tartlets, smoothie)
- Family Dinner (meatloaf, carrots, potatoes, salad, lemonade, pb brownies)
- Holiday Dinner (deviled eggs, stuffed mushrooms, prime rib, beans, gratin potatoes, salad, cheesecake, parfaits, punch, irish coffee)
There are also regular chapters with breakfast, entree, dessert recipes and more. A Costco Chef’s Choice chapter features recipes by celebrity chefs including:
